Product Introduction

PA6 masterbatch is made of Fiber GradeTtanium Dioxide and high quality PA raw material developed by the basic carrier,adding imported additives through twin screw mixing and granulating whitening particles.We can produce different contenst products according to different requirements of customers.It has good thermal stability,good resistance to migration,good gloss and good dispersion.

M1 is the center value of 100grain weight which selected from 2.00G~ 3.50g and it shall be determined by the supplier and the demander through negotiation.Once determined,it shall not be changed arbitranily.
M2 is the center value of intrinsic viscosity which selected from 0170 DL/G~0.900 DL/ g and it shall be determined by the suoplier and the demander through neqotiation.Once determined it,shall not be changed arbitranily.
M3 is the center value of melting pointwhich is selected at 185.0℃~ 260.0C and it shall be determined by the supplier and the demander through negotiation.Once determined,it shail not be changed arbitrarily.
The delivery inspection adoptsvisual method to judge the batch diference grade,and instrument method to test ΔE during arbitration. The batch difference of lightgray light brown,military green and other colors shall be determined by the supplier and the buyer through negotiation.
